As a Recruiter at ExpertCare, you will manage the recruitment and placement process for home care positions, ensuring caregivers are matched with families in need of compassionate care.

• Manage full recruitment and placement process for home care positions.
• Source, interview, hire, and support caregivers.
• Focus on caregiver retention and relationship building.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team and participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure health and safety processes are documented.
• Provide oversight for 150-200 ExpertCare caregivers.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and emotional intelligence.
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Adapt to changing business needs and challenges.
• Work within a hybrid model, with initial full-time in-office training.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school or two years of related business experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Ability to handle unique challenges in a people-centered environment.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with personnel policies and employment laws.
