Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is remote (within the United States) and responsible for overall project management (schedule and budget) for multiple large fiber optic construction projects.

In Short

• Identification of candidate OSP engineering/construction firms.
• Managing bid/vendor selection process and contract negotiation.
• Tactical project management including managing project schedules.
• Providing build cost estimates for sales team.
• Performing service delivery functions and customer updates.
• Working with local/state/federal permitting agencies.
• Managing environmental engineering vendors.
• Documenting splicing requirements and maintaining fiber documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date network maps in project management platform.
• Managing network maintenance and relocation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in project management or engineering for construction projects.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules.
• Strong planning skills and risk mitigation.
• BS degree preferred.
