Overview

We’re looking for a diligent and detail-focused Finance Supervisor to join our small but busy finance team.

In Short

• Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping processes.
• Provide supervisory oversight within the finance function.
• Work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Support and guide team activity.
• Process supplier invoices and manage payment runs.
• Raise customer invoices and allocate payments.
• Carry out regular supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and support staff when required.

Requirements

• Strong bookkeeping skills.
• Self-motivated finance professional.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
