Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and help support our financial operations as we expand. This is a remote position with flexible hours and room for long-term growth.

In Short

Manage construction billing processes, including AIA billing and certified payroll.
Maintain and update records in QuickBooks.
Prepare and file multi-state sales tax.
Handle Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Process insurance certificate requests.
Complete job pre-qualification paperwork.
Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
Work from anywhere with a supportive and communicative team.

Requirements

Proven experience with QuickBooks.
Construction industry experience.
AIA and certified payroll experience.
Ability to provide professional references.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
