Overview

The Senior IT Finance Manager will support the global blueprint and digital tools supporting the Finance function for the business, providing program and project management, SAP expertise, and leading the finance technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP, focusing on FI/CO.
• Strong foundation in SAP processes and modules.
• Proven leadership skills in dynamic environments.
• Experience in large IT system implementations.
• Strong communication skills and change agent capabilities.
• English language proficiency.
• Preferred global experience and Agile/PMI certification.
• SAP S4HANA experience or certification is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous.
