Overview

The Business Systems Analyst III will act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders to enhance processes, products, and services.

In Short

• Create and maintain User Stories and Requirements for projects.
• Manage a prioritized backlog with the Product Owner.
• Adhere to Agile principles and mentor team members.
• Document business processes and specifications.
• Perform data mapping and create diagrams.
• Lead research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop complex SQL queries and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on technology trends and best practices.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• 1+ years in mapping business processes.
• Experience with Azure Development Ops required.
• Familiarity with automation testing practices.
• General knowledge of Microsoft SQL, APIs, and PowerBI.
• Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies.
