Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a tech organization.
• Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and a team player with employee relations experience.
• Experience partnering with C-level leaders on organization needs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and highly resourceful.
