• Manage and grow the Lead Consultant practice in Europe.
• Support Enterprise Application Management Programs for R&D.
• Lead a customer-facing team with resource planning and oversight.
• Ensure sustainable offerings that serve customer interests.
• Work closely with R&D Services Practice Leads and Account Partners.
• Provide program oversight and executive relationship management.
• Plan and oversee new offerings and customer pipeline.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with program standards.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve global operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
• 5+ years in an Operational or Support Leadership role.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in IT operations or consulting.
• Ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
