Overview

As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research, focusing on improving process efficiency and reducing defects.

Requirements

• Extensive people leadership experience (3+ years)
• Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
• 3+ year working experience
