Senior Software Engineer - Test Automation - Remote

Overview

Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Test Automation who will contribute to the day-to-day delivery of mission-critical Vault applications, working on cutting-edge technologies and developing automated tests.

In Short

• Possess deep knowledge of Veeva Digital trial products.
• Create an automation test plan and review with Development, Product Management, and Functional QA.
• Design and implement API, UI Automation, and frameworks.
• Contribute to release testing and automation.
• Work on CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA) daily.
• Be a technical mentor and resolve technical issues faced by junior team members.
• Communicate status and work effectively with global teams.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues related to test automation.
• Work closely with scrum masters on sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and/or Software Development.
• Strong experience in Java and Object-Oriented Methodologies.
• Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber).
• Experience in testing Restful API & HTTP web services, JSON/XML.
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Experience with data analytics and log analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar.
