Senior Consultant - MedTech Clinical Operations - Remote

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. We are looking for consultants with system implementation experience to optimize Clinical Operations data and document management processes.

In Short

• Lead MedTech customers through clinical transformation.
• Partner with customer SMEs to implement Clinical Operations processes.
• Analyze and document current state business processes.
• Define roll-out strategies for Veeva Clinical deployment.
• Serve as primary customer liaison.
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements.
• Mentor project team and junior consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing clinical systems.
• Working knowledge of life sciences compliance and clinical trial operations.
• Ability to understand business use cases and create process improvements.
• Experience implementing software systems and translating business requirements.
• Proven expertise in customer leadership and mentoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
