Overview

We are looking for a committed intern (m/f/d) to support our HR team in the area of recruiting and applicant management. Experience in this field is advantageous but not a must! What matters most is that you have a genuine interest in the topic and a meaningful industry!

In Short

• Identify suitable candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Prepare and conduct job interviews in consultation with department management
• Create job postings on popular applicant platforms
• Maintain close communication with operational management
• Create and optimize recruiting reports
• Develop the recruiting process further
• Work closely with management and actively contribute to company growth
• Take on own (sub-)projects and drive them forward independently

Requirements

• Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and highly motivated
• High internet affinity and good MS Office skills
• Fluent in German and enjoys communication
• Independent work style, strong implementation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Initial experience in Human Resource Management or in the startup sector is desirable
• Quick comprehension and a strong sense of responsibility complete your profile
