Provider Relations Coordinator - Optical - Remote

Overview

As Vision Benefits of America (VBA) continues to enjoy unprecedented growth, we have a business need to expand internal resources to assist optometrists, ophthalmologists, retail locations, and laboratories. As a Provider Relations Coordinator, you will be involved in every aspect of the provider relationship.

In Short

• Resolve provider issues and provide benefit coverage guidance.
• Educate providers on VBA processes and systems.
• Handle payment inquiries and claims adjustments.
• Maintain provider and location information.
• Assist with credentialing outreach and research projects.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Analyze processes for improved efficiencies.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Participate in in-office training for a minimum of 3 weeks.
• Work Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm.

• Direct experience in the optical field is required.
