Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Urban Planner / Master Planner to join our team. The Urban Planner / Master Planner is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing plans and strategies for the sustainable growth and development of urban areas.

In Short

• Design and develop urban planning strategies.
• Analyze land use, infrastructure, and community needs.

• Prepare urban development plans and reports.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing master planning guidelines.

• Provide solutions for urban planning conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant urban planning experience.
• Experience with large scale industrial and community developments.
• Master planner or urban designer background.
• Familiarity with GIS, BIM, and LEED certifications.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of urban planning tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Graphic capability in relevant design software is a plus.
• International experience in the Middle East preferred.
