Overview

Actierra is a new consulting engineering company specializing in ecological transition with around 200 employees. Established in January 2024, Actierra brings together all environmental engineering skills of the Ingérop Group within the same subsidiary, focusing on sustainable development, biodiversity, hydraulics, climate, and regulatory environment.

We work through our projects for a sober and sustainable world, promoting harmony between human societies, fauna, flora, and ecosystems. Our commitment is reflected in responsible consulting organized around a 360° approach to our clients' and partners' issues, providing them with operational solutions tailored to their context and environmental and climate challenges.

In Short

• Participate in various projects assigned by public and private entities.
• Work on regulatory urban planning files (PLUi and PLU, municipal maps).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on feasibility studies and urban planning documents.
• Assist local authorities with regulatory urban planning.
• Help in the development/modification of PLU, PLUi, PLUih, RLP, SCOT.
• Create associated maps (GIS) with the help of cartographers.
• Prepare and present project materials for the public.
• Support project owners in project management.
• Conduct studies related to urban development and land use.
• Prepare documentation for public presentations of projects.

Requirements

• University degree in urban planning, architecture, or engineering (Bac + 5).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an urban planning agency or study office.
• Knowledge of urban planning law and procedures.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and QGIS.
• Desire to develop new skills and integrate into a dynamic company.
• Open to people with disabilities.
