Parsons KAFD is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor - Saudi National to manage financial and contractual aspects of projects in the King Abdullah Financial District, contributing to the KSA 2030 vision.

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Participate in and prepare minutes for progress meetings.
• Support all financial and contractual matters throughout project work.
• Finalize monthly payment certificates for contractors.
• Advise on measurement procedures and calculate quantities.
• Evaluate unit rates for new work items.
• Prepare variation orders and evaluate claims.
• Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly reports.
• Coordinate and monitor team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of contract administration experience.
• RICS membership is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of contract administration software.
