Project Director - Construction - Remote

Overview

The Project Director - Construction will support the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction packages in Dubai, UAE.

In Short

• Directly report to the PMC Construction Director.
• Maintain strong client relationships as a primary contact.
• Report project progress to clients.
• Review cost and risk analyses for the client.
• Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies.
• Monitor manpower deployment schedules for construction projects.
• Lead construction management efforts for project delivery.
• Assess planning of construction activities to identify milestones.
• Support constructability analysis and review construction documents.
• Collaborate with teams to develop efficient procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams and communicate with clients.
• Supervisory experience in large civil/structural projects preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
