Principal Construction Estimator - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking a Principal Construction Estimator to lead estimating activities for large and complex construction projects, particularly in Highway and DOT sectors, including major bridge construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of construction contract documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software like HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera.
• Leadership experience in construction estimating.
• Knowledge of various bridge types and construction methods.
• Ability to manage a team of estimators.
• Advanced degree in management preferred.
• No security clearance required.
