Overview

The Personnel Security Specialist - Continuous Evaluation will be responsible for overseeing security programs and operations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Responsible for executing and supporting personnel security duties.
• Maintain and document contractor team members’ Weekly Activity Reports.
• Oversee security programs and operations, providing status reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Provide technical expertise in personnel security disciplines.
• Monitor compliance with PERSEC guidelines and policies.
• Research and prepare security procedures for Investigations Branch Teams.
• Analyze complex data for security guidance.
• Design and develop reporting capabilities.
• Bring security issues to the attention of the government in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Active T/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Personnel Security.
• 11-14 years of experience within DOD/IC.
• Experience as a Background Investigator or Personnel Security Specialist.
• Strong understanding of security repositories.
• Knowledge of SEADS regulations.
• Experience with Continuous Evaluation implementation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
• Minimum clearance required: Top Secret SCI.
• Experience with TIER 1 investigations.
