As a Senior Cloud Engineer I at Varicent, you will be part of a global team dedicated to implementing and supporting new features for Incentive Compensation Management products, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in CloudOps / DevOps.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM).
• Experience with automation and software development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows servers.
• Experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
