As a Cloud Operations Engineer II at Varicent, you will work alongside a global team to support and implement new features for Incentive Compensation Management products, ensuring service quality and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and IBM cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of automation and software development in Python or similar languages.
• Experience in incident management and client-facing production services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development.
• Understanding of networking concepts, IP space, DNS, and VPN.
• Experience with enterprise databases.
• Practical knowledge in Linux and Windows server management.
• Experience with container application implementation and troubleshooting.
