Overview

As a Cloud Operations Engineer II at Varicent, you will work alongside a global team to support and implement new features for Incentive Compensation Management products, ensuring quality service and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and IBM cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in automation and software development.
• Knowledge of incident management and client-facing services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of networking concepts and databases.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
