Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and excels in managing administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality.

In Short

  • Manage the CRO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel and process expense reports.
  • Support planning and logistics for key meetings.
  • Assist at key events ensuring smooth scheduling.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflow.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide occasional support to other executives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.
