In Short

• Lead delivery teams to execute all project implementation phases.
• Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions & escalations.
• Oversee process-driven customer conversations and workshops.
• Define project short and long-term goals and success criteria.
• Drive delivery teams to produce on-time, high quality services.
• Contribute to pre-sales customer scoping sessions.
• Encourage and lead solution brainstorming and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce.com and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and define system requirements.
• Experience in change management and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
