Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Lead the design vision and execution for core product pillars.
• Shape the future of mission-critical software.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business development teams.
• Drive the end-to-end design process from concept to launch.
• Champion user-centered design and conduct user research.
• Contribute to and scale the design system.
• Mentor team members and foster design excellence.
• Innovate and iterate on design solutions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Background in physical product design is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design.
• Ability to balance user needs and business goals.
• Experience in planning and conducting user research.
• Proven ability to create scalable design systems.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Passionate about national security challenges.
• Active security clearance is a plus.
