IT Infrastructure Architect - Remote

Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Architect, you will design and deliver IT infrastructure for large-scale airport projects, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations while collaborating with global teams.

In Short

• Lead design and delivery of IT infrastructure for airport automation projects.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to align requirements.
• Guide infrastructure implementation including networks and security.
• Support continuous improvement of IT infrastructure product portfolio.
• Act as an advisor to sales and execution teams throughout project phases.
• Occasional international travel (around 5%) required.
• Work in a global role with technical, strategic, and interpersonal responsibilities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in airport baggage handling systems is a plus.
• Fluent English skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Around 10 years of experience in industrial or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems and server-client architecture.
• Knowledge of virtualization/containerization (e.g. VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with hardware such as HPE, Fortinet, Cisco is a plus.
