Overview

As a Customer Advisor for Finance & Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for employees of our clients regarding financial topics, providing guidance and support while ensuring a great customer experience.

In Short

  • Advise employees on Financial Wellbeing, insurance, and finance topics.
  • Be the contact person via various channels (phone, email, digital).
  • Handle customer inquiries independently from consultation to implementation.
  • Explain complex topics in an understandable and target group-oriented manner.
  • Contribute actively to the development of our services and processes.

Requirements

  • Completed training, studies, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.
  • Open to career changers with strong service orientation and interest in finance.
  • Enjoy working with people and consulting activities.
  • Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style with excellent German language skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools and CRM systems.
