We are looking for analysts who enjoy continuously support and ensure a successful task deployment of each software product's features.

In Short

• Create and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analyze system complexities and product/service use cases.
• Organize detailed specifications for engineering teams.
• Engage in all project stages from discovery to post-implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor and backlog owner.
• Conduct functional testing and ensure solution performance.
• Analyze and replicate production issues.
• Collaborate with teams to improve effectiveness and autonomy.
• Support continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software consulting.
• Strong experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing large amounts of data.
• Knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in assembling use cases and user stories.
• Experience in creating test cases and performing testing activities.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Completed or in-progress tertiary/university studies.
• Advanced Spanish and intermediate English skills.
