• Join our Agency team as a Senior Art Director.
• Create ideas and concepts in partnership with copywriters.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and drafts to visualize ideas.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team across different formats and media.
• Lead work from concept to final delivery, respecting deadlines.
• Delegate tasks and guide other designers when necessary.
• Present finalized ideas to clients and/or team members.
• Stay updated on trends and apply best market practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Art Director.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Intermediate English.
