In Short

• Make 60 dials per day and/or spend 3 hours on the phone.
• Schedule 2 new presentations per day.
• Complete 2 presentations per day.
• Close 12 contracts per month with a close rate of 30%.
• Maintain an average order value (AOV) of $3000+.
• Attend weekly team meetings via MS Teams.
• Meet with your Sales Leader in regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings.
• Participate in regularly scheduled product and sales training sessions.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree preferred, but practical experience is valued.
• Tech-savvy, mastering Salesforce.com.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong connections with local business owners.
• Self-motivated and thrives under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
