In Short

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly and daily reporting to investors.
• Understand mortgage servicing and servicer level responsibilities.
• Complete Root Cause Identification, Resolution, and Remediation of custodial account variances.
• Perform reconciliations of investor accounts.
• Prepare monthly post reconciliation analyses.
• Review and prepare client billing related items.
• Ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
• Assist in cash management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
• Participate in audits and provide required documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investor accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan portfolios.
• Proficiency in using investor reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
