Information Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Information Security Analyst at Valon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of the organization’s systems, cloud infrastructure, products, and data.

In Short

• Implement and maintain compliance with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external security audits and exams.
• Review and monitor security policies for compliance.
• Manage remediation for security and compliance issues.
• Conduct security risk assessments and monitoring.
• Support operational security activities including incident investigations.
• Manage security metrics and reporting.
• Maintain customer-facing security documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a security analyst or program manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.).
• Experience with security compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in startup environments is a plus.
• Exposure to financial services or fintech is a plus.
