Conduct content reviews, providing editorial feedback and guidance to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and originality.
Develop and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of content that aligns with trends, reader interests, and business objectives.
Work closely with senior leadership to execute the content strategy and drive traffic growth.
Track and report on content performance metrics using analytics tools identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Oversee editorial workflow, ensuring efficient processes from ideation to publication.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new content ideas and formats.
Assist in training new editorial staff and freelance writers.
Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in an editorial leadership role, preferably in the media or digital publishing industry.
Strong knowledge and passion for the tech industry, with a keen understanding of trends and news.
Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
Experience managing an editorial team, including full-time staff and freelance writers.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
