Medical Operations Professional - Remote

Overview

Valinor is seeking a Medical Operations professional to work on an immediate opportunity at one of our product companies, Valinor Harbor, focused on critical combat care. This role involves deploying medically-focused integrated hardware-software products and establishing relationships within the military and civilian medical ecosystem.

In Short

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity to deploy integrated products.
• Establish and grow supplier and vendor relationships.
• Own the deployment of products at test and demonstration events.
• Translate medical insights into product requirements.
• Design and implement user feedback loops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve product deployment.
• Develop an engagement system for user feedback.
• Respond proactively to issues as they arise.
• Work creatively and collaboratively to solve problems.
• Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance at the SECRET level is required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a clinical or operational environment.
• Experience as a medic, nurse, or PA/NP.
• Comfortable bridging medical and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently for user insights.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
