Investment Operations Professional - Remote

Overview

An Investment Operations professional is needed to support the portfolio accounting, trade management, and project work of the Investment Operations team.

In Short

• Maintain accurate portfolio accounting data through reconciliations.
• Execute daily middle office functions including trading execution controls.
• Act as a key contact for custodial statements and performance reporting.
• Support relationships with custodians, brokers, and service providers.
• Ensure accurate onboarding of new clients and accounts.
• Manage corporate actions and electronic proxy voting.
• Oversee client billing processes in coordination with the accounting team.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers to analyze trading and workflow.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams on operational processes.
• Work with the Client Team to enhance client experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations and Excel.
• Experience with SS&C Advent’s APX software is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for various stakeholders.
