Community and Belonging Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Community and Belonging Coordinator supports and enhances our global initiatives to support a sense of community and belonging within Highspring and within the communities we live and work in.

In Short

• Acts as the primary administrative contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Maintains an ERG calendar and tracks engagement.
• Manages ERG communications and assists with budget tracking.
• Provides guidance and best practices to improve ERG operational effectiveness.
• Supports the execution of belonging training and events.
• Assists with managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Ensures all ERG and inclusion programs adhere to company policies.
• Collaborates with HR and other teams for alignment on initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal communication tools required.

Requirements

• High school Diploma required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in administrative or HR roles.
• Experience in program coordination or inclusion and belonging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with internal communication tools (Slack, Teams, SharePoint).
