Senior Backend Developer (PHP) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who is ready to take an active role in shaping the product architecture and selecting development tools. You will be deeply involved in technical decision-making and have a direct impact on how our backend evolves.

In Short

• Develop new product features
• Fix bugs and optimize performance
• Refactor and rewrite legacy code
• Contribute to the product’s architecture

• Participate in team processes (grooming, sprint planning, etc.)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of PHP 7.4/8.*
• 2+ years of experience with Symfony
• Experience with Yii2
• Practical skills in Node.js and a willingness to grow in this direction
• Confident working with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Proficient in using RabbitMQ as a message broker
• Familiar with microservice architecture principles
• Comfortable operating within AWS (S3, EC2)
• Having hands-on experience with ClickHouse would be a plus
• Being familiar with NestJS in real projects would be a plus
• Knowing how to work with Kubernetes and container orchestration would be a plus
