V4C.ai is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, and supporting broader financial activities.

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all company employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws related to payroll.
• Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Prepare reports related to payroll and finance as required by management.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and financial controls.
