Overview

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the face of the retail store, assisting customers with their automotive needs and providing outstanding customer service.

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in-store and over the phone.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, or marine industries is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
