Overview

As a Workday HCM Optimization Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, you will deliver Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their Workday environments through assessments and transformations.

In Short

• Participate in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice.
• Design and develop solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
• Facilitate optimization sessions and capture client requirements.
• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday modules.
• Communicate with clients and team members on functional challenges.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on remote work.
• Work with other Workday consultants on cross-functional items.
• Participate in an innovative and teaming culture.
• Support key milestones for on-site client engagements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of Workday HCM experience.
• Master's degree with one year of Workday HCM experience is acceptable.
• Two years of work experience with Workday is required.
• Experience with other ERPs in an HCM capacity is beneficial.
• Workday Public Sector experience preferred.
• Workday HCM certification is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products is desirable.
