Overview

The Vice President, Service Delivery will lead and scale the Service Delivery and Project Management organizations, ensuring customer outcomes, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong project management and service delivery background.
• Experience in professional services or technology environments.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.
