We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions leveraging Nutanix, VMWare vSphere, and Apache CloudStack technologies. You’ll play a key role in supporting our owned and operated data centers, delivering enterprise-grade private and hybrid cloud services in conjunction with our network offerings.

In Short

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Operate and maintain multi-vendor enterprise-class infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning and operational workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct capacity planning.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance and on-call support.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with virtualization and cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Proficiency in systems administration for Linux and Windows Server.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills.
• Solid networking expertise within cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with storage technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5+ years of relative work experience.
• Preferred certifications in Nutanix, VMware, Linux, and Terraform.
