Question Developer (Canadian Financial Director, Executive and Ultimate Designated Exam) - Remote

Overview

An Enterprise Client is seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with in-depth knowledge of the Canadian Financial Services industry, specifically as a Director, Executive and/or Ultimate Designated Person. This role will involve analyzing exam syllabuses and writing questions representing key areas that will be covered in the exam to assess individuals in Approved Person roles.

In Short

• Understand the competency profile for Directors, Executives, and Ultimate Designated Persons.
• Develop high-quality exam content including writing scenarios and questions.
• Review and recommend revisions for other SME’s questions.
• Revise questions based on recommendations provided.
• Work approximately 15-20 days from February 24 to April 30, 2025.

Requirements

• Deep Knowledge of Canadian Financial Services for Directors, Executives, and/or Ultimate Designated Persons.
• Experience in a Director, Executive and/or Ultimate Designated Person role.
• Understanding of Exam Governance and familiarity with professional exams.
• Preferred experience in writing high-quality exam content.
• Knowledge of professional or regulatory examinations.
