Overview

We are seeking an English Speaking M365 Proactive Copilot Ambassador who will utilize their expertise in Microsoft 365 products to provide technical support and advise customers on maximizing their M365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Contact customers to understand their Copilot purchase reasons.
• Identify customer questions related to Copilot usage.
• Educate customers on using Copilot in M365 products.
• Advise on different subscription plans and features.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 and Copilot enhancements.
• Document technical issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with technical support engineers.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language.
• Superior communication skills including active listening.
• Knowledge of M365 technologies, especially Copilot.
• Experience with O365 web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion skills are a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
