• Assist customers in evaluating subscription benefits and options.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with technical support engineers for complex issues.
• Ensure high customer success and increase license utilization.

Requirements

• Technical advisory or implementation experience in Microsoft 365.
• Strong consultative and chat communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE.
• RAVE experience is a plus.
