Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for building recruitment pipelines, engaging candidates, and optimizing HR processes using AI-powered solutions.

In Short

• Continuously source and pre-qualify candidates across all disciplines.
• Present 3–5 top candidates within few days of requisition.
• Build rapport through clear, empathetic communication.
• Conduct high-volume screening interviews, reading beyond resumes.
• Design and refine workflows for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Track and report on KPIs: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, candidate satisfaction, offer-acceptance rates.
• Identify, deploy, and iterate on AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Map LATAM talent markets by discipline.
• Cultivate medium-/long-term sourcing channels.
• Act as the HR “quarterback” today, with responsibility to hire and mentor a recruitment team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with KPIs and optimize recruitment processes.
• Experience with AI tools in recruitment.
• Familiarity with LATAM talent markets.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Experience in building and managing pipelines.
