Overview

A leading early-stage VC and startup accelerator focused on B2B SaaS is looking for a Brand & Outreach Assistant to support one of its Managing Directors. This is a strategic role combining personal branding, outbound outreach, and copywriting to help drive visibility, connections, and deal flow.

In Short

• Part-Time position, ~10-20 hours/week
• Flexible schedule with Central Time Zone preferred
• Research and reach out to ~50 relevant individuals per week
• Make occasional follow-up calls
• Support in identifying speaking or visibility opportunities
• Post 2–3 weekly thought leadership pieces on LinkedIn
• Collaborate in organizing content and outreach using tools like Airtable
• Proactive communicator required
• Experience in branding and outreach advantageous
• Role focused on driving visibility and connections

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Venture Capital preferred
• Ability to build relationships through outreach
• Proficiency in copywriting
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and thought leadership content
• Experience using Airtable or similar tools
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong research skills
• Ability to work independently
