Remote Investor Relations Associate

Overview

Join a fast‑growing real estate investment and development firm focused on affordable‑by‑design housing. You’ll report directly to the Founder and lead efforts to expand the capital base, nurture investor relationships, and elevate our brand presence among high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.

• Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Research accredited investors, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Craft personalized messaging and schedule introductory calls.
• Maintain investor touchpoints in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and track conversion metrics.
• Support pre‑screen calls and draft follow‑up emails.
• Manage LinkedIn and Twitter presence.
• Engage with thought leaders and assist with social campaigns.
• Help prepare deal summaries and pitch materials.
• Work full-time with immediate start date.

Requirements

• Experience in investor relations or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Experience in real estate investment is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
