Overview

The IT User Support Service Desk Support Technician provides second-tier support for end user issues related to hardware, software, and networking, ensuring effective communication and documentation of practices.

In Short

  • Provide second-tier support for hardware and software issues.
  • Deploy devices including computers, tablets, and printers.

Requirements

  • Vocational training or equivalent experience in IT support.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related job discipline.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Macintosh environments.
  • Effective communication skills with faculty and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity.
