Overview

The RN Vascular Access Nurse is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Vascular Access, providing direct patient care and education, and supporting staff development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Valid RN License.
• 1 or more years of nursing experience.
• Strong Vascular Access background and skill set.
• Experience in Medical Record System and Clinical Documentation.
• Knowledge in Infection Control principles.
• Ability to manage conflict and demonstrate leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office and database software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in cardiac rhythm recognition.
